We just returned from Playa Del Carmen, Mexico; we were celebrating Craig's 40th birthday, happy 40th honey! We spent 8 wonderful, relaxing, beautiful days at the Grand Mayan resort. Our room was a two bedroom condo with jacuzzi tubs and a cooling pool. The resort was goregus, right on the ocean; you could walk from the pool right out to the beach. We went snorkeling, visited the Mayan Ruins in Chichen Itza, went into downtown Playa Del Carmen enjoying the shops and authenic Mexican food, swam in the ocean with schools of fish, the guys went deep sea fishing and we girls got a massage and pedicure at the spa.
